Women's Ministry
Today’s women are searching for fulfilling and meaningful lives. Women are bombarded with television shows and magazine articles focusing on the latest fashion trends, beauty secrets, revolutionary diets, fitness crazes and self–help advice. None of these things are wrong, but they can leave us empty and still searching for meaning and fulfillment.
We at Northwest Community Church believe that no matter where you are in your spiritual journey, we have a place for you to belong in our women’s ministry. Whether it’s just “hanging out” with the girls at our “Girls’ Night Out” or digging into God’s Word during one of our weekly Bible studies, we want you to feel connected. Our desire is to help you discover your unique God-given gifts and to provide you with ways to exercise them in means that leave you most fulfilled.
BELONGING: Whether you’re young, old, or “young at heart,” you are welcome at NWCC Women’s Ministry. At our regular Girls’ Night Out, our desire is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where you are welcomed and accepted no matter where you are on your spiritual journey.
GROWING: Our weekly Bible studies provide opportunities to gather with other ladies to study God’s Word and grow spiritually. We believe that the Bible contains the answers to all of life’s questions and situations (2 Timothy 3:16). Details can be found under specific topics and dates.
SERVING: We offer various opportunities to serve in the community throughout the year. You can utilize your God-given abilities to serve others along with your friends.
REACHING: True fulfillment comes when we share with others what God has done in our lives. Our prayer is that you find in NWCC a place to develop and nurture your relationship with God, a warm community of women who share your journey, and opportunities to reach out and reflect Christ’s love to the world.
